Holiday Bizarre

This past weekend I attended the Town and Country Christmas Bazaar at the Linn County Expo Center in Albany Oregon. Over 200 vendors were selling their awesome handmade wares. We spent well over 3 hours wandering around and of course spending money. (The devil made us do it). From hand made jewelery, soaps and preserves this place had a little bit of something for everyone.

Here are some goodies I found there

Yummy Honeysuckle Soap.
Amazing for Crocheters dry hands.
Crocheted Dish Scrubby
Great smelling soy tarts for my Scentsy. (So much cheaper than Scentsy bricks and just as good)
I was a little disappointed that there were so few fiber booths there. But the two that I found were so cool. The ladies at the booths were so informative and very sweet. The first one was Caress Luxury Yarns and I fell in LOVE with the alpaca yarn. So amazingly soft and the colors of the hand dyed yarn were beautiful. Of course I had to get some.
Purdy Purple Alpaca Sock Yarn
How could you not love this Alpaca? The cuteness is too much!
The other booth I found was Creekside Fiber Mill. They had lots of roving for hand spinners and of course some yummy yarn. The website doesn't sell yarn but they have amazing prices for processing your fleece and it's very informative. If your curious about how yarn is made check out this site.
Alpaca sport weight from Creekside Fiber Mill. LOVE the bright green color.
